Export to PDF

You can download reports from the Deka Agent system service in the Service Portal AI through the Instance menu.

• On the Service Portal AI page, select Instance in the Deka Flexi menu.

• On the Instance page, select the Instance that already has the Deka Agent service.

• The Instance Detail page will appear. Select Deka Agent, then click the Export to PDF button.

• The Export All Metrics Deka Agent window will appear. Select the time range to be displayed in the Date Picker column.

• Click the Download button to download the Deka Agent system report.

The downloaded report will appear as shown below.
