Introduction

Deka Flexi: Instance is an Infrastructure component of Service Portal Cloudeka services that allows you to create and run virtual machines on Cloudeka Infrastructure with various types of operating systems, such as Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, Suse, Red Hat, CentOS, Alma Linux, Rocky Linux) and Windows Server, you can also run your virtual machine with CPU and Memory as needed.

When using Deka Flexi for the first time, the Instance page will show that no cluster is available yet. To get started, click the Create Cluster Deka Flexi button to create a new cluster and proceed with instance creation.

Next, select the desired region based on your needs (for example, the nearest location for better performance), then click the Create button to create the cluster.

When the Create button is clicked, the system will display a notification “Please top up at least 100,000 IDR” if the balance is insufficient. This applies if the user is not using a subscription package (balance/package). For top-up instructions, please refer to the Balance menu. However, for Kubernetes services, adding a package is required before proceeding.

To use Deka Flexi services such as creating instances, having a package is not mandatory, but users must top up a minimum of Rp.100,000 first.
