Detach From Instance
You can detach a storage disk from a VM instance when it is no longer needed or before performing certain operations. Detaching the storage ensures that it is no longer attached to or used by the instance.
Open the Storage page by selecting the Storage menu.
In the Action column, click More, then select Detach from Instance.
Click Confirm to start the storage detachment process.
A notification will appear displaying the message "Storage has successfully detach".
