# Channel

Menu *Channel* digunakan untuk mengelola saluran komunikasi yang terhubung ke *Deka Claw*. Dengan mengonfigurasi *channel*, *Agent* dapat berinteraksi dengan pengguna melalui platform pesan yang didukung, seperti *Telegram*.

Fitur *Channel Filter* digunakan untuk memfilter *channel* berdasarkan kriteria tertentu, seperti jenis *channel*. Fitur ini memudahkan pencarian *channel* yang diinginkan.
