# service

The get service command retrieves a list of Services running in the Kubernetes cluster. This command provides details such as service names, types (ClusterIP, NodePort, LoadBalancer), exposed ports, target selectors, and associated endpoints.

## Usage

```
cldkctl get service [flags]
```

## Steps

Follow the steps below to run and view the result of this command:

1. Open your terminal in the directory where the cldkctl binary is located.
2. Run the following command in your terminal:

```
cldkctl get service
```

3. The command will display a list of Kubernetes Services, including details like type, cluster IP, ports, and selectors.

| Column      | Description                                                      |
| ----------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Name        | Displays the name of each Service.                               |
| Namespace   | The namespace where the Service is deployed.                     |
| Type        | Type of Service.                                                 |
| Cluster-IP  | Internal cluster IP assigned to the Service.                     |
| External-IP | External IP address for external access (if applicable).         |
| Ports       | Ports exposed by the Service and their associated protocols.     |
| Age         | The duration since the Service was created.                      |
| Selector    | Label selectors used to target pods associated with the Service. |
