# Delete Snapshot

This guide explains how to delete a storage snapshot.

* On the **Snapshot** page, locate the storage snapshot that you want to delete. In the **Action** column, click **More**, then select **Delete**.

* A confirmation pop-up will appear asking whether you want to delete the storage snapshot. Click **Yes** to continue the deletion process or **Cancel** to cancel the action.

* The system will begin deleting the snapshot and a notification will appear indicating that the snapshot deletion process is in progress.

* If the deletion process is successful, a notification will appear displaying the message **“Snapshot has been successfully deleted.”**
