# Update with YAML

On the Deka Guard page in Service Portal Cloudeka, select the Deka Guard that you want to update. Click **More**, then select **Update with YAML**.

The **Show YAML** window will be displayed. Modify the configuration as required, then click **Submit** to save the changes.

A notification stating **"Guard has been successfully updated."** will appear when the Deka Guard is successfully updated in Service Portal Cloudeka.
