# deployment

The get deployment command retrieves a list of deployments running in the Kubernetes cluster. This command provides details such as deployment names, replicas, update strategies, container images, and resource utilization.

## Usage

```
cldkctl get deployment [flags]
```

## Steps

Follow the steps below to run and view the result of this command:

1. Open your terminal in the directory containing the cldkctl binary.
2. Run the following command in your terminal:

```
cldkctl get deployment
```

3. The command displays the list of deployments along with namespace, readiness, replica status, age, and image details.

| Column         | Description                                                            |
| -------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Name           | Displays the name of each deployment in the cluster.                   |
| Namespace      | The Kubernetes namespace where the deployment resides.                 |
| Ready          | Shows the ratio of ready pods to total desired pods.                   |
| Update-To-Date | Number of pods updated to the latest deployment specification.         |
| Available      | Number of available and running pods.                                  |
| Age            | Time since the deployment was created.                                 |
| Containers     | Lists container names included in the deployment.                      |
| Images         | Displays the container image and tag used in the deployment.           |
| Selector       | Shows the label selector used to match pods managed by the deployment. |
