# Export to PDF

You can download reports from the Deka Agent system service in the Service Portal AI through the **Instance** menu.

• On the Service Portal AI page, select **Instance** in the **Deka Flexi** menu.

• On the Instance page, select the Instance that already has the **Deka Agent** service.

• The Instance Detail page will appear. Select **Deka Agent**, then click the **Export to PDF** button.

• The Export All Metrics Deka Agent window will appear. Select the time range to be displayed in the **Date Picker** column.

• Click the **Download** button to download the Deka Agent system report.

The downloaded report will appear as shown below.
