Choose Package

To begin the package selection process, begin by navigating to the Balance page.

From there, click the Add your package button to launch a guided, three-step wizard that will walk you through the entire process: Product, Detail Product, and Summary.

Step 1: Product

Here, you will select the main product(s) you wish to use. Two options are available: Deka GPU and Deka Flexi. You may select one or both, depending on your needs. Once you have made your selection, click the Next button to continue.

Step 2: Detail Product

In the second step, Detail Product, you will configure the specifics of the product(s) you selected.

Select Deka GPU

If you selected Deka GPU, you will need to configure four sections:

• Flavor

  Choose your base CPU & RAM package. You can see the detail click this section Package: Flavour Type.

• GPU

  Select the required GPU type and enter the number of units. You can see the detail click this page Package: GPU Type . Review all options to ensure the combination fits your initial requirements.

• Add On

  Configure additional resources such as Storage and Floating IP. You can see the detail click this section Package: Storage Type. Here, you can provision additional resources. Configure the Storage by choosing a type and entering the required capacity, and specify the number of units for Floating IP.

• Purpose of Use

  Select a Purpose of Service from the provided list of options to specify how the service will be utilized.

Select Deka Flexi

If you selected Deka Flexi, you will need to configure the following sections:

• Flavor Enter the required number of vCPU and RAM based on your needs.

CPU types (e.g., Intel, AMD) are for metadata only. You can use any type as long as total vCPU and RAM usage stays within the package limit—no strict limits per type.

• Storage Select a storage type and enter the total storage size (GB).

Storage types (e.g., Basic, Standard) are for metadata only. You can use any type as long as total storage usage stays within the package limit—no strict limits per type.

• Floating IP Enter the required number of Floating IPs.

• Snapshot Enter the required snapshot size (GB).

Storage and snapshot are combined for limit purposes. However, please note that snapshot usage is billed at a lower rate than any storage type.

• Region Select the region from the available options.

Once you have finished the configuration, click Next to proceed to the final step. If you need to change your product selection, you can click the Prev button to return to Step 1.

Step 3: Summary

This is the final confirmation step. The Summary page displays a complete breakdown of the selected products, their configurations, and the total cost (minimum top-up required). Review all information carefully before submitting. You must agree to the terms by checking both boxes.

1. I confirm I have read and agree to the subscription agreement.

2. I confirm that I understand the scope of work provided by Deka GPU services.

After checking both, click the Submit button

The “Summary” (Step 3) screen displays the order summary, total cost, and agreement checkboxes.

After you click the Submit button, you will be redirected to an information page displaying the following message:

Thank you for your order! To proceed with your order, a minimum top-up of IDR <value> is required. Please ensure your balance meets this requirement before completing your transaction. Once the payment is made, your order will be processed accordingly. For any questions, feel free to contact Administrator.

This confirms that your order has been successfully created and is now pending the balance top-up. Click the Back to Home button on this page. You will then be returned to your Balance page, where the new package is now listed and awaiting top-up.
