## Scope of Work Deka LLM IaaS

**Scope of Work Deka LLM IEaaS** explains is a cloud-based API service from PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta that provides access to various Large Language Models (LLMs) through a credit system called "Coins" — customers simply purchase one service package and can use all available models without needing to buy separate entitlements per model. The service includes an API gateway, monitoring dashboard, and 24/7 support, but excludes model fine-tuning, on-premises infrastructure, and customer application development. Pricing and quotas are governed through Work Orders (WO) and a Rate Limit Schedule that may be periodically updated, with pricing changes requiring 30 days advance notice. Customer data is never used to train models, is temporarily stored for operational purposes only, and is permanently deleted according to a defined schedule. Customers are fully responsible for the security of their API Keys and compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), and violations may result in immediate access termination without any refund.
