# Sign in using Email and Password

If you already have an account on the Service Portal AI, then you need to access [Service Portal AI](https://ai.cloudeka.id/) in your browser, the Sign In Now page will appear to Sign In, fill in the Email Address and Password columns that you registered previously, and then click the Sign In button.

If this is your first time logging into the AI Portal Service, the Service Portal AI will automatically request an OTP to grant you access, displaying a window with the message “We don’t recognize the device.” Click the OK button.

You will be redirected to the “OTP Verification” page. Enter the OTP code you received via email.&#x20;

Check your email inbox, you should have received an email from <info@cloudeka.id> with the subject \[Lintasarta Cloudeka] Please verify your device.

Enter the OTP code from the email and click the Verify button.

Once you have successfully logged into the Service Portal AI using a newly registered account, you will be asked to agree to the “**Terms of Service and Privacy Policy**” before using the Service Portal AI. You can read it first by clicking on “**Terms and Conditions**” and clicking on “**Privacy Policy**”. If you have finished understanding carefully, then give a check mark on “**I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions**” and “ **I have read and Agree to The Privacy Policy**". Click the **Accept & Continue** button to enjoy the Service Portal Cloudeka.

&#x20;If you have finished understanding carefully, then give a check mark on “**I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions**” and “ **I have read and Agree to The Privacy Policy**". Click the **Accept & Continue** button to enjoy the Service Portal Cloudeka. After you agree to the Terms and Conditions along with the Privacy Policy, a window for Multi-Factor Authentication Required activation will appear. Click the Active Multi-Factor Authentication.

The Confirm Password window will then be displayed, enter your current password and click the Confirm button to proceed with the MFA activation.
