# delete

Delete a channel from a Claw instance in your project. This command allows you to delete a channel from a Claw instance.

## Usage

```
cldkctl claw instance channel delete [instance_name] [channel_id or channel_name] [flags]
```

## Steps

Follow the steps below to run and view the result of this command:

1. Run the following command in your terminal:

```
cldkctl claw instance channel delete [instance_name] [channel_id or channel_name]
```

2. Replace `[instance_name]` with the name of the Claw instance and `[channel_id or channel_name]` with the ID or name of the channel to be deleted.
3. Once completed successfully, a message **“✓ Channel deleted successfully.”** will appear in the terminal.
