Major release introducing the "Flexi" (OpenStack-backed) infrastructure command set and networking primitives.

## Flexi Instance

* Add flexi-instance create/list/detail commands, image selection on create
* Add instance reboot, resize, interface/VPC port fixes, error-response handling
* Disable SSH-key update on existing instances; fix instance creation payload

## Flexi Storage

* Add flexi-storage create, list, detail, resize, attach/detach, sync, delete
* Refactor and rename `storage` → `flexistorage`

## Flexi Image

* Add flexi-image list/detail/delete, custom-image creation and listing
* Add snapshot-storage-list, snapshot-vm-list, backup-list, project backup, and backup-scheduler delete
* Refactor and rename `image` → `flexiimage`

## Backup & Snapshots

* Add backup-scheduler create/confirmation/detail/restore
* Add VM snapshot create, snapshot restore, and image snapshot-storage commands
* Add `backup-vm` command

## Network (VPC / Floating IP / Security)
