# Choose a Package
Before using the available services in Service Portal AI, you must first select a package for your project. Packages can be selected from the **Balance** menu or through an available promotional offer on the dashboard.
## Promotional Offers
Promotional offers may be available in the **Limited-Time Offers** section on the dashboard. Each offer displays package information and pricing details.
To proceed with a promotional offer, click **Get this promo**. The system redirects you to the package order page, where you can review the selected package before continuing with the order process.
## Package Selection
On the Service Portal AI page, select the **Balance** menu.
On the **Balance** page, click **Browse Package** to view the available products and packages.
On the Package page, select one or more products based on your requirements. Available products include **Deka Flexi** and **Deka LLM**.
After selecting a product, the available package options are displayed. For **Deka Flexi**, configure the required resources by selecting the appropriate **Flavor**, then specify the required **CPU** and **RAM** capacity.
In the **Storage** section, choose the storage type and specify the required capacity.
In the **Floating IP** section, specify the required number of Floating IPs.
In the **Snapshot** section, specify the required number of Snapshots.
For **Deka LLM**, select the available token package and configure any additional options if required.
As you configure the selected products, the **Summary** panel is automatically updated to display the selected resources and estimated charges. Review the package details in the Summary panel. Then, select the required agreement checkboxes and click **Confirm Order**.
After the order is successfully submitted, the **Order Confirmation** page is displayed. The page shows the minimum balance required to activate the selected package. To continue with the payment process, click **Proceed to Payment**.
