# How to Upload and Download on FTP Web

## Access Login

First, access the following URL via a browser: <https://ftpcloud.lintasarta.net>. Enter the Username and Password provided by the Administrator. Click the **Sign In** button to access the **FTP Cloud Lintasarta** page.

## Upload File and Folder

Once you have accessed the **FTP Cloud Lintasarta** page, navigate to the **Tenant** folder.\
FTP allows you to upload both **files** and **folders**. In the bottom-left corner, click the **Add Files** button.

Select the files you want upload to FTP Cloud Lintasarta.

After selecting the files, click the Start button to begin uploading.

## Download

You can download files from **FTP Cloud Lintasarta** using a computer or a mobile device.\
To download a file from the current directory, select the desired file and click the **Expand** icon.

After expanding, the **Download** button will appear. Click it to start downloading
