Access via Omnissa Horizon Client
This guide explains how to install and access Omnissa Horizon Client to connect to Deka VDI environment.
Open your preferred web browser and navigate to https://desktop.cloudeka.ai. On the landing page, click Install Omnissa Horizon Client to begin the process.

You will be redirected to the Omnissa download portal. Under the Product Downloads section, select the Omnissa Horizon Client that matches your operating system, then click Go to Downloads to proceed.

From the available options, select client version 2503.

Review the file details if necessary, then click Download Now under the Product Downloads section to begin downloading the installer.

Once the installation is complete, launch the Omnissa Horizon Client application. On the main screen, click Add Server to configure a new connection.

In the server address field, enter desktop.cloudeka.ai, then click Connect to proceed.

When prompted, enter your assigned username and password to log in.

If you encounter an error or are unable to log in after entering your credentials, please contact Cloudeka Support for further assistance.
After successful authentication, select the desired virtual desktop from the available list.

The VDI desktop environment will then be launched, and the remote desktop interface will be displayed on your screen.
