# Transaction

The Transaction tab displays transaction history which records detailed incoming and outgoing activities of funds used by your project. To make it easier for you to find transaction history, you can use the search feature by reference number or use the feature by date.

<table><thead><tr><th width="164"></th><th>Description</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Ref No</td><td>Displays the unique reference number used for transaction identification.</td></tr><tr><td>Invoice Number</td><td>Displays the invoice number associated with the transaction .</td></tr><tr><td>Source</td><td>Displays the source of the transaction.</td></tr><tr><td>Amount</td><td>Displays the incoming balance amount. </td></tr><tr><td>Date</td><td>Displays the date of the transaction made.</td></tr><tr><td>Status</td><td>Displays the conditions of transactions carried out.</td></tr><tr><td>By</td><td>Displays the party who made the change.</td></tr></tbody></table>
