# Monthly Cost

**Monthly Cost** displays the total charges incurred by users for the use of services and resources over a one-month period. This feature provides a comprehensive overview of monthly expenses, allowing users to monitor, manage, and optimize their budgets effectively. By reviewing the monthly cost, users can identify excessive resource consumption and make informed decisions to optimize their Deka GPU service usage in **Service Portal Cloudeka**.

To access this feature, open the **Billing** menu on the **Deka GPU** page, then select the **Monthly Cost** tab.

### History Billing

**History Billing** is a feature used to display the history of daily billing records based on resource and service usage in **Deka GPU**. This feature helps users review previous billing details, monitor usage history, and track estimated costs for each recorded date. To view the **History Billing** section, scroll down on the **Billing** page. The system will display a list of billing history by date.

Click the **See More** button on the selected date to view detailed billing history information for that day.

After the See More button on the Billing History page is clicked, the system will display the Detail Billing History page containing detailed service usage information, including service name, price, billing type, usage, subtotal, discount, and total billing for the selected period.

### History Debit

The History Debit page is used to display the history of balance deductions or billing charges processed by the system based on service usage. The information displayed includes transaction date, status, debit amount, total billing, running date, processed by, and transaction description. To view more debit history records, users can scroll down the page to display additional transaction data.
