End-User License Agreement
The End-User License Agreement (EULA) aims to provide clarity on the rights and obligations between users and service providers, namely Lintasarta, when using Service Portal AI. Several types of EULA are available Terms and Conditions, Subscription Agreement, Privacy Policy, Scope of Work Deka GPU IaaS, Scope of Work Deka GPU Paas, and Scope of Work Deka GPU SaaS.
Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions outline provisions regarding user information security, intellectual property protection, payment mechanisms, customer service, and general rules subject to Indonesian law.

If when you enter the AI Portal Service and there are changes to the Terms and Condtions, the End User License Agreement (EULA) Update window appears, press the Terms and Conditions section to read first. Check the I Confirm I have read and agree to Terms and Conditions section, and click the Agree button to enjoy the Service Portal AI.
Subscription Agreement
Subsription Agreement details the subscription agreement between the PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta and the Customer, which includes the provision of GPU (Graphics Processing Unit)-based cloud services. This agreement governs various aspects such as service scope, responsibilities of each party, payment terms, intellectual property rights, data ownership and security, and termination conditions. It also defines the responsibilities of both Supplier and Customer, including limitations on the Supplier’s liability for service disruptions. Additionally, it outlines provisions regarding service modifications, cost adjustments, applicable laws, and penalties for violations.

Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy explains the company’s commitment to protecting and maintaining the confidentiality of users' personal data, in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDP Law). This policy applies to all Lintasarta service users, including those of connectivity, data center, cybersecurity, cloud computing, IT outsourcing, health information management systems, and recruitment portals. It describes the data subject’s rights (users), types of personal data collected, purposes of data processing (e.g., service delivery, marketing, legal compliance), as well as how data is stored, updated, and secured. Users also have the right to access, modify, withdraw consent, delete data, and file complaints. The policy further includes cookie usage guidelines and contact procedures for further inquiries or data-related requests.

Scope of Work Deka GPU IaaS
Scope of Work Deka GPU IaaS outlines the DEKA GPU IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) as a GPU-based cloud infrastructure solution providing virtual machines with pre-configured operating systems tailored to customer requirements. Customers gain cloud-based access to these virtual machines and are responsible for managing the systems within (including hardening). This document includes service location, pricing, service request procedures, SLA with a 99.95% uptime guarantee, and compensation policies in the event of service unavailability. This service is ideal for users requiring full control over the operating system and GPU configuration.

Scope of Work Deka GPU PaaS
Scope of Work Deka GPU PaaS describes the DEKA GPU PaaS (Platform as a Service) as a cloud-based platform offering ready-to-use virtual GPU clusters tailored to customer needs. This PaaS enables easy access and management of GPU resources without dealing with the underlying infrastructure, making it suitable for users who want to focus on application development and execution. The document also includes technical specifications, pricing, installation processes, customer rights and responsibilities, and a 99.95% SLA guarantee.

Scope of Work Deka GPU SaaS
Scope of Work Deka GPU SaaS explains the DEKA GPU SaaS (Software as a Service) as software services running on GPU infrastructure and directly accessible by customers. Applications are ready-to-use, and users can simply access them through the portal. This service is well-suited for non-technical users or end-users who prefer not to handle installation or configuration. The document outlines ordering procedures, installation processes, service locations, SLA guarantees, and user rights to 24/7 support and service disruption compensation.
