# Forgot Password

If you forget the password you used when signing in to the Cloudeka Services Portal Service. You can use the Forgot Password button to recover the password, customers can follow this guide by pressing the Forgot Password button on the Sign In page.

Enter the email registered with the Cloudeka Portal GPU Deka Service, and press the Submit button.

There is a notification "Please check your email Deka GPU to validate your account". You can check the email registered with your Deka GPU Portal Cloudeka Service for further validation.

To change the password, press the button Reset Password which the Deka GPU Portal Cloudeka Service sends to the email registered with the Deka GPU Portal Cloudeka Service. However, if the button Reset Password cannot be used, then you can use the link provided.

You will be directed to the Create New Password page and asked to fill in the password column and confirmation column for the new password. Press the button Create Password.

If the password change process is successful, you can log in to the Deka GPU Portal Cloudeka Service using the new password.
