# Sign In

To access the Deka GPU Portal Service, you need to open the Service Portal AI in your browser. The Sign In page will appear for you to sign in. Fill in the Email Address and Password fields that you previously registered, then click the Sign In button.

You will be directed to the TOTP Verification page. Enter the TOTP code that you received in your device.

**Note:** If you see the notification *“Your session is expired due to inactive”*, please repeat the login process to obtain a new session.

Please open your MFA Authenticator app and check the TOTP verification code. Enter the code into the provided TOTP field.

If you successfully sign in to the Deka GPU Portal Service, you will be directed to the Project List page in the Deka GPU Service Portal.
