Prerequisities

Before users can access and use the Rafay Limitation feature, several initial requirements and configurations must be fulfilled. These prerequisites are necessary to ensure that the system displays the Rafay Limitation menu and its functions accurately according to the user’s access rights and the type of project being used. The prerequisites that must be met are as follows:

A. Organization and Project have been created by the Superadmin.

  • The Superadmin is responsible for creating the Organization and Project within the Cloudeka portal.

  • The Rafay Limitation feature will only appear for projects that are registered and active under the corresponding organization.

B. The project must be of the Enterprise type and set as Private.

Only Enterprise/Postpaid projects support integration with the Rafay platform.

C. The user must have an account with the appropriate access rights.

Access to the Rafay Limitation feature is granted to users with the Admin (Enterprise) role or other roles that have been granted permission by the Superadmin.
