Sign in using Google Account
You can also sign in to the Service Portal AI using your Google account. On the Sign in page in the Service Portal AI, click Sign in with Google button.
To use this feature, make sure your Google account is already registered with the Service Portal AI.

If this is your first time logging into the Service Portal AI, the Service Portal AI will automatically request an OTP to grant you access, displaying a window with the message “We don’t recognize the device.” Click the OK button.

You will be redirected to the “OTP Verification” page. Enter the OTP code you received via email.

Check your email inbox, you should have received an email from [email protected] with the subject [Lintasarta Cloudeka] Please verify your device.

Enter the OTP code from the email and click the Verify button.

If you have finished understanding carefully, then give a check mark on “I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions” and “ I have read and Agree to The Privacy Policy". Click the Accept & Continue button to enjoy the Service Portal Cloudeka. You can read detail this End-User License Agreement.
This section will appear if your project type is Enterprise.

After you agree to the Terms and Conditions along with the Privacy Policy, a window for Multi-Factor Authentication Required activation will appear. Click the Active Multi-Factor Authentication.

The Confirm Password window will then be displayed, enter your current password and click the Confirm button to proceed with the MFA activation.
