# delete

The cldkctl vm delete command permanently removes a virtual machine (VM) by specifying its name. This command deletes the VM and releases all associated resources, such as storage, service configurations, and allocated CPU/memory. Use this command with caution, as the deletion is irreversible and cannot be undone. Ensure that you have the necessary permissions before performing this operation.
