# Top-Up

When you top up your balance to use the Service Portal Deka GPU, you will be charged an 11% tax based on the amount paid.

You need to make sure to top up at least 24 hour after you got package, or you will be suspend

While your cluster is in the Running state, a resource fee of Rp1.000,00 will be charged to you.

Top-Up is one of the features available on the Balance page and is used to add funds to your account in the Service Portal AI for Prepaid project types. To begin, navigate to the Balance page. Here you will find the input field to add funds to your account. Enter the desired top-up amount, making sure it meets the Minimum Top-Up requirement for your package.

If you are unsure of the minimum amount, you can quickly check it by entering the value 1, choose random a payment method and pressing Enter; a message will appear informing you of the required minimum.

Next, proceed to the Choose Payment section to select how you would like to pay. You can choose from several options, including Mandiri VA, Mastercard Credit Card, Bersama VA, BRI VA, Shopeepay QR, Permata VA, BNI VA, Danamon VA, and CIMB Niaga VA. Once you have selected your preferred method, click the Next button to continue to the payment screen.

Select the preferred payment method to proceed with the transaction.

After selecting the payment method, click the **Next** button to continue.

Follow each instruction displayed on your computer screen. If the payment is successful, you will also receive a payment receipt via email.
