persistentvolume

The get persistentvolume command retrieves a list of Persistent Volumes (PVs) in the Kubernetes cluster. This command provides details such as PV names, capacities, access modes, reclaim policies, storage classes, and current claims.

Usage

cldkctl get persistentvolume [flags]

Steps

Follow the steps below to run and view the result of this command:

  1. Open your terminal in the directory where the cldkctl binary is located.

  2. Run the following command in your terminal:

./cldkctl get persistentvolume
  1. The command will display a list of Persistent Volumes, including details about capacity, access mode, reclaim policy, and more.

Description

Name

Displays the name of each Persistent Volume.

Capacity

Total storage capacity of the volume.

Access Mode

Defines how the volume can be mounted.

Reclaim

Policy applied when the volume is released.

Status

Current state of the volume.

Claim

Displays the Persistent Volume Claim (PVC) using this volume, if any.

Storage Class

Name of the associated storage class.

Reason

Additional reason message if the status is not Available.

Age

Duration since the volume was created.

Volume Mode

Indicates how data is stored.
