pod

The get pod command retrieves a list of Pods running in the Kubernetes cluster. This command provides details such as Pod names, statuses, namespaces, assigned nodes, and resource utilization.

Usage

cldkctl get pod [flags]

Steps

Follow the steps below to run and view the result of this command:

  1. Open your terminal in the directory where the cldkctl binary is located

  2. Run the following command in your terminal:

./cldkctl get pod
  1. The command will display a list of Pods along with their namespaces, statuses, and creation times.

Flag
Description

Name

Displays the name of each Pod in the cluster.

Namespace

The Kubernetes namespace where the Pod is running.

Ready

Indicates how many containers in the Pod are ready versus total containers.

Status

Current state of the Pod.

Event

Shows the number of events associated with the Pod.

Restart

Number of times the containers within the Pod have restarted.

Node

The node on which the Pod is scheduled.

Created

Displays the time elapsed since the Pod was created.
