# role

The get role command retrieves a list of Roles in the Kubernetes cluster.

This command provides details such as role names, associated rules, and permissions granted to users or service accounts.

## Usage

```
cldkctl get role [flags]
```

## Steps

Follow the steps below to run and view the result of this command:

1. Open your terminal in the directory where the cldkctl binary is located.
2. Run the following command in your terminal:

```
./cldkctl get role
```

3. The command will display a list of Roles within the current namespace, including their names and creation dates.

| ---------- | --------------------------------------------------- |
| Name       | Displays the name of each Role in the cluster.      |
| Namespace  | The Kubernetes namespace where the Role is defined. |
| Created At | Shows the date when the Role was created.           |
