# delete-ipsec

The vpn delete-ipsec command allows you to delete an existing IPSec configuration from a project. This command will remove the IPSec connection associated with the specified VPN and project.

## Usage

```
cldkctl vpn delete-ipsec [flags]
```

## Steps

Follow the steps below to run and view the result of this command:

1. Run the following command in your terminal:

```
cldkctl vpn delete-ipsec
```

2. Enter your project name in the Project Name field. You can refer to project list to verify the correct project name.
3. Enter your VPN instance name in the VPN Name field. You can refer to vpn list to obtain or verify your VPN instance name.
4. Enter the public IP address of your VPN in the IP Public field. The public IP can be obtained by referring to vpn list.
5. Enter the IPSec description in the Description IPSec field. The description must match the one used during IPSec creation and can be verified via vpn list-ipsec.
6. Enter the IPSec Phase 2 description in the Description Phase 2 field. This must also match the configuration listed in vpn list-ipsec-phase2.
7. Confirm the process by pressing y for Confirm or n for Cancel.

8. Once successful, the terminal displays **“✓ IPSec on process delete in 20 seconds”.**
