To update the settings on your account on the Deka GPU Service Portal, press the account name. You can update the settings on your account on the Deka GPU Service Portal such as updating your password, user name, user telephone number, user email, and user address. \

My profile

Change Password

On the Deka GPU Services Portal page, press your account name and select My Profile. On the My Profile page, press the Change Password button to update the password used.

The Change Password window appears, containing several columns that you must fill in to be able to update the password used. If you have filled in all the columns in Change Password, press the Update button.

Information

Old Password

The old password used to log in to the Portal Service Deka GPU.

New Password

The new password used to log in to the Portal Service Deka GPU.

Confirm Password

Re-enter the new password used to log in to Portal Service Deka GPU.

Click the Confirm button to continue the process of updating the newly entered password.

If you successfully update the password your account uses, you will receive a notification " Password has been successfully updated” that the password has been successfully updated.

Automatically, you will be directed to the Sign In page to re-login to the Deka GPU Services Portal page.

Edit Profile

To update your profile on the Deka GPU Portal Cloudeka Service via the My Profile page, press the Edit Profile button.

The Edit Profile window appears, containing several columns that you can update. After updating your profile data, press the Update Profile button.

Fullname

Service Portal Deka GPU user.

Email

The email address used to log in to the Service Portal Deka GPU.

No, Handphone

Service Portal Deka GPU user telephone number.

Address

Service Portal Deka GPU user address.

After you have successfully renewed, a notification will appear "Profile has been successfully updated”.

Enable Multi Factor Authentication

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a security method that uses more than one way to verify the identity of a user before granting access login. In the Service Portal Deka GPU, you can activate the MFA feature by clicking your account name and selecting My Profile.

In the Multi-Factor Authentication section, slide the slider to the right to enable the Multi-Factor Authentication feature.

A Confirm Password window will appear. Ensure that the password entered matches the password you use to access the Deka GPU Service Portal. Click the Confirm button to enable Multi-Factor Authentication.

The screen will display as shown below. Make sure to securely save your account name and secret key as a backup in case you need them later.

Disable Multi Factor Authentication

In the Service Portal Deka GPU that has enabled the MFA feature, you can disable the MFA feature. On the account name in the Deka GPU Portal Service page, select My Profile.

In the Multi-factor authentication section, slide the toggle to the left to disable the feature.

The Confirm Password page appears, ensure the Email and Password used are correct and press the Confirm button to proceed.

If the deactivation of the Deka GPU Portal Service is successful, a notification will appear stating “Multi-Factor Authentication has been successfully inactivated”.
